Error Detection System
Introducing Fault Detection System, one stop solution to industry on their inspection system.
This system is connected with external motor, solenoid and camera controller, where system will receives signal from those external components to the PLC.
The system includes an inspection system(can be Microsoft Excel or Windows application), an HMI Monitoring app, and a controller system. While the inspection is on-going, if there is a fault from inspection results, or from camera controller, Fault Detection System will be receiving the signal from the component, and will trigger stop immediately, sending alarm signal to the buzzer that the system integrated so that operator acknowledged the fault in the shortest time and will troubleshoot the error.
