Introducing Potens Scada System, the AI-powered IoT technology embedded sludge treatment optimization system. We developed this system for multiple platforms, ranging from Android, Web Portal, SIEMENS, HMI Controller, and PA Unit.

This sludge treatment optimization system equips AI logic and IoT technology to optimize the water content reduction in sludge for disposal. The system includes a web portal, an AI Unit, an HMI controller, and Monitoring Mobile App. The web portal receives, interprets, and transmits input to the AI Unit which communicates with the HMI controller. The HMI controller then visualizes the data and interacts directly with the sludge dryer through the use of AI to optimize the water content reduction.
